Returns and refunds

At pointmariage.com, we do everything we can to make sure our customers are happy. However, if you change your mind or if the products ordered do not meet your expectations, you can cancel your order and return all or some items to us.
Here's how to do it:

Return procedure

Return shipping is free for EU countries. You must return any unwanted items within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive your order. To receive a refund, the items returned must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, and must still have their tag(s) and certification document (for clothing).

1) Fill in your return label
  • It's very easy. Just go to "My account" and then "My orders" > "Return items".
  • For the order you wish to return, fill in the quantities and reasons and then confirm.
  • You will receive an email with a link to the ColisBack website with a form to complete, pre-filled by us.
    After validating the form, you will be able to print your return label.
2) Prepare your parcel
  • Pack the products you wish to return. We recommend reusing the bag or box you received. Make sure that the parcel is sealed properly and attach the return label on the outside of the parcel.
3) Send your parcel

For orders in France:

  • If you chose the home delivery method, take your parcel to a post office.
  • Don't forget to write down the tracking number indicated on the return label.

For orders in the EU:

  • Your parcel will be picked up from your home by DHL.

For orders outside the EU:

  • You are responsible for returning your parcel and paying for the return shipping costs, after first submitting a return request through our website.
  • The products should be returned to the following address:
    Point Mariage, 39 Rue Edouard Branly, 53000 LAVAL

You are responsible for the items until they reach our warehouse; as such, please make sure you pack them carefully to avoid loss or damage.

Receipt of your returned items at Point Mariage and refunds
  • We will receive your returned items at our premises, where we will check that the items are unworn, unwashed and unaltered, and still have their tag(s) and certification label (for clothing).
  • Afterwards we will refund your returned items (excluding shipping costs) by means of the payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email from us telling you about this and informing you that you will receive the refund within five working days.
